Square Services provided comprehensive language support for a two-day hybrid training on the Role of Monitoring, Supervision and Enforcement for Fair and Ethical Recruitment, organized by the MEG GIZ Project in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security (MoLESS).

Our team delivered English–Nepali simultaneous interpretation for both onsite and remote participants. The event was conducted using Microsoft Teams’ built-in interpretation feature, enabling participants joining virtually to access real-time interpretation alongside attendees at the physical venue.

In addition to interpretation services, Square Services supplied the complete simultaneous interpretation equipment, including interpreter consoles, wireless receivers, headsets, microphones, and technical support. Our technicians coordinated the onsite interpretation system with the Microsoft Teams platform to ensure uninterrupted communication between in-person and remote participants throughout the programme.
